Which languages are available?
All 24 card languages: German, English, Italian, French, Spanish, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Polish, Dutch, Greek, Portuguese, Turkish, Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Arabic, Bulgarian, Romanian, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Hindi, Serbian and Albanian.
Which files do I get?
A high-resolution PNG and print-ready PDFs: the wallet fold card in credit-card format (single and as 4 per sheet on A4, with cut marks and fold line) plus an A6 chef card. All files download instantly after payment.
Can I add my own note to the card?
Yes — write a personal note (for example “even the smallest traces are dangerous for me”) and it is automatically translated into the card language. You can check it in the watermarked preview before paying. Notes can be up to 300 characters — the limit also applies to the translation into each purchased language, so the note always fits on the printed card.
How do I print the card?
Print the fold-card PDF on A4 at 100% (“actual size”), cut along the marks and fold once — a credit-card-sized card for your wallet. Prefer it bigger? Print the A6 PDF as a chef card. Laminate the card so it survives the whole trip.
What about the right of withdrawal for digital downloads?
