Food recall alerts, filtered to your allergens
Undeclared allergens are one of the most common reasons food gets recalled — and the warnings are scattered across a dozen authority websites. TrustBite’s Recall Radar collects official alerts from 15 European sources and filters them down to the allergens in your profile.
One radar instead of fifteen websites
Every country publishes recalls in its own portal: the FSA in the UK, lebensmittelwarnung.de in Germany, RappelConso in France — plus the EU-wide rapid alert system RASFF. Hardly anyone checks them all. The Recall Radar reads these official sources for you and shows each alert with the product name up front, the brand, the affected allergens and a direct link to the official notice — always the original, never a rewrite.
Your allergens, not a firehose
A recall about undeclared fish is noise if your issue is peanuts. The radar matches every alert against the 14 EU-regulated allergens in your profile and puts your matches first — you can still switch to the full list at any time. Each entry shows when the sources were last checked, so you always know how fresh the picture is.
Connected to the products you actually buy
The radar is one half of TrustBite’s background shield. The other half is the Recipe Watchdog: save products you scanned as safe, and TrustBite re-checks them weekly for ingredient changes — the classic "used to be safe, now contains milk" trap. Recall feed and watchdog are free; an optional Pro subscription bundles both into one calm weekly push.

Which sources does the Recall Radar use?
Fifteen official sources: food-safety authorities in Germany, the UK, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Czechia, plus the EU rapid alert system RASFF. Every alert links to the original official notice.
Is the recall feed free?
Yes. The in-app recall feed is free for everyone, including without an account. The optional Pro subscription adds a weekly push digest that bundles new recalls and recipe changes into one notification.
Does the radar catch every recall?
No system does — and we say so openly. The radar covers 15 official sources and shows a timestamp of the last check, but a missing entry is never an all-clear. Keep checking labels, especially for products bought earlier.
Are the alerts translated?
No — alerts stay in the language of the issuing authority, exactly as published. TrustBite never rewrites official safety information; the allergen matching happens on top of the original text.
